Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery strictly for items that are defective, damaged, or materially different from their description. Customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt with supporting evidence.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within five to ten (5–10) business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Duties & Taxes

All customs duties and taxes are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us prior to initiating disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested.
