Order Processing

All orders placed through www.kaaliishop.com are subject to internal processing and handling prior to dispatch. Following successful payment authorization, orders are typically processed within three to four (3–4) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of elevated demand or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped internationally using FedEx or equivalent premium logistics partners selected to ensure secure handling, reliable transit, and full tracking capability. Shipping methods may vary depending on destination but will always include tracking.

Delivery Timeframes

Following dispatch, orders typically arrive within approximately four to five (4–5) business days depending on the destination country. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, or external disruptions beyond our control.

Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information upon dispatch and are responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring availability for delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and shall be borne entirely by the customer. Such charges must be paid at delivery and are non-refundable.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or non-acceptance, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund. If destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
